The only reason I went to Ink Spot was because I was referred by my friend. The first time I went in, I was the only person in the store and I walked around store with two people sitting at the desk, not one of them asked if I needed any help. When I went to the desk I felt like it was a burden on them and they were annoyed I was there. Maybe they were having a bad day to the second time I went in it was about the same story if not worse. I would not recommend these guys to anyone and I'm surprised they are still in business
